SHIPPING

We aim to deliver you orders as quickly and safely as posible

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, 

    depending on when the order has been placed. If it's during a week-end, you'll have to wait until the next business day to have your order shipped.

  • It is possible to pick up you orders in my showroom located in Bidart, France. You will have to make an appointement by writting us an e-mail at : 

  • If you're not able to come to pick up your goods at our showroom, we offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and express delivery. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • For specifics instructions prior to delivery please get in touch with us as soon as possible. 

  • Before placing an order make sure you are aware of the availability of the products you want to buy. Some are in stock while some are made to order. All our products are handcrafted, production may take additional time to ensure the highest quality. If any delays occur beyond the estimated delivery date, you will be immediately informed and receive a dedicated follow-up. We thank you very much for your patience :)

  • Shipping cost may vary based on destination and shipping methods, and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. 
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery. 

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the products. Some product we offer are made to order and requires some times to be made. 

RETURNS

 We hope you'll be delighted with your order. We take great care to present our products in the best possible way, with detailed descriptions, multiple images and secure pakaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. As all our pieces are handmade and unique, returns are subject to certains conditions and at the customer's expense:     

  • Eligibility: You have 14 days to starting from the order was delivered and return them in their original conditions and packaging. If your order arrived in defective conditions, please get in touch with us as quicly as possible (72h). Returns apply to products that are not made to order, or were not produced especially for you, unless defective.     
  • Product Conditions: items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags, and of course unused. If the products returned are damaged, or show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.                         
  • Non-Refundable items: Shipping costs, customs and duties are non-refondable. 
  • How to return: To initiate a return, please contact us at [email] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your items.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your retur, we will process your refund to the original paymebt method within 7-10 business days.                                                       
  • Shipping deadline: Once the shipping label has been provided the package must be returned within 7 days. After that deadline, returns will be refused.
